Here are some TBC Classic Gold making methods that are definitely worth checking out: 

• Daily Quests - The Burning Crusade is, in fact, the expansion in which Dailies were implemented for the first time. If you don't like grinding resources or farming mobs, these quests offer a great alternative. Dailies are available in most of the Outland Zones, but our favorite place to farm them is the Isle of Quel'Danas. Of course, these will get extremely boring after a while, however, you will also get so used to them, you will be able to complete them with your eyes closed. The biggest problem with Dailies is that they will only make you a limited amount of TBC Classic Gold, as you can only do 20 of them each day. Also, remember that cooking, fishing, heroic, faction, and BG dailies are counted towards the daily limit - be sure to do the ones you really need first (for professions, reputation, etc.) or you might lock yourself out for the day. 
• Completing remaining quests at the max level - Unlike in Vanilla, in TBC there are more than enough Quests to take you from level 58 to 70. In fact, there will be dozens of quests remaining after you reach the max level! Because quests award gold instead of experience once you are level-capped, it is a great idea to complete them then, especially on your first character as this does not require any up-front investment. Usually, depending on your zone choice and the number of dungeons you completed during leveling, you will have over ~100 quests to complete in Netherstorm and/or Shadowmoon Valey once you reach level 70. Yes, there are much better methods than this one available, but if you like questing or need a change of pace it is still a good one. 
• Gathering Professions - These are always a great early choice. If you don't have any TBC Classic Gold to invest into making further profits, gathering resources is one of your only worthwhile options. Every one of the three gathering professions is completely viable - you can even use two of them at a time and re-spec once you accumulate enough money. Just remember to focus on gathering materials that are needed in the high-end recipes (flasks, epic crafted items, item enhancements, etc.). 
• Zapthrottle Mote Extractor - This method requires Engineering which makes it quite niche. However, it is very unique and does not require you to farm mobs, which makes it great for those of you who are looking for a new and interesting source of TBC Classic Gold. Also, there is much less competition than during "standard" resource gathering. All over the Outland, there are gas clouds that can be extracted with the Zapthrottle Mote Extractor. Extracting them gives you Motes (almost every type, depending on the type of the gas cloud extracted - Clouds in Zargarmarsh drop Mote of Water, Clouds in Nagrand drop Mote of Air, Clouds in Shadowmoon Valley drop Mote of Shadow, and Clouds in Netherstorm drop Mote of Mana) which can be turned into Primals that are quite expensive and always in high demand - you can sell them on the AH extremely easily. To craft the extractor, you will need a recipe. It can be obtained from the "The Zapthrottle Mote Extractor!" Quest in Zargarmarsh (Quest givers are: Mack Diver, located in Zabra'jin - Horde, and K/ Lee Smallfry, located in TelRedor - Alliance). And you thought that you can't make money with Engineering... surprise! 
• Secondary Skills - Cooking and Fishing are actually very profitable in TBC. If you have enough time, you can spend it fishing up rare fish and then turning them into high-level food that is very popular in Raids. Moreover, Savory Deviate Delight should actually increase in price during TBC as fewer people will be farming them in the Barrens - take advantage of this if you'd like to make some money at lower levels (if you came for TBC but didn't play vanilla and don't have a level 60 character, this could be one of the better moneymaking methods available to you). 
• Farming Primals - One of the most popular end-game farming methods in the TBC Classic. There are multiple spots for doing this, so there is a chance there will be few people in at least one of them (don't expect to have a spot for yourself as this is an extremely popular method). Some of the better spots for primal Farming are: 
  • Throne of Elements in Nagrand - here, you will find elementals that drop both Primal Fire and Primal Air.
  • Elemental Plateau in Nagrand - a great place to farm multiple types of Primals at a time - Water, Air, and Fire. Just be aware that this is the most popular farming spot in the most popular zone of the expansion... This is a good spot if you can afford to farm in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. During the server's prime time, there will be more people than mobs, most likely. 
  • Kirin'Var Village in the southernmost floating island of the Netherstorm - this is a great place for farming Primal Mana. Just be aware that you'll need a flying mount to get there. Thanks to quick respawn, multiple people can farm there without going into each other's way. 
  • Skettis in Terrorkar Forest - a great spot for herbalists who want to farm Primal Life. Once there, you will want to defeat elite treants and harvest them with your herbalism. Be aware that you will need a Flying Mount and quite good gear for this one. 
  • Throne of Kil'Jaeden in Hellfire Peninsula - a solid place to farm Primal Fire. You will be interested in Incandescent Fel Sparks that have high drop rates for Motes of Fire. 
  • Skald in Blade's Edge Mountains - another good place to farm Primal Fire. This one will most likely be very crowded as it's one of the most popular spots. 
  • Hand of Gul'Dan in Shadowmoon Valley - yet another farming spot for Primal Fire. 
• Boosting other players - If you manage to stay above the leveling curve, you might be able to sell boost runs to slower players. Later in the expansion, you could boost alts and players who are a bit late to the party - this is also when this will become very profitable as people would have accumulated a lot of TBC Classic gold by that time. This method was extremely popular in vanilla and everything suggests it will remain popular in TBC. Be aware that some classes are much better for this than others (ekhm...mage, but protection paladins also do very well). 
• Flasks, Transmutations, and Elixirs - There is no doubt that Alchemy will remain one of the best gold-making professions in the TBC Classic. People will always need more flasks and elixirs - take advantage of this, level up Alchemy, and fill the demand. To do this, you can either farm mats by yourself (a good option at the start, if you don't have any gold to invest), or simply buy the required mats on the AH (this requires much less time and still gives you a good profit). 
• Flipping the Auction House - This is an immortal method. It is quite unique because you don't need level, gear, or high amounts of time to implement it... but you need a hefty initial investment of Gold (you have to buy the stuff you're gonna resell, after all). We will not pretend that Flipping is a miraculous, secret method; many people do it and do it well, and there are addons that can help you with it (we recommend the classic - Auctioneer). This method will yield more the TBC Classic Gold the more you invest into it.
